- Please be aware that ALL MEDICAL FORMS; Athletic physical, asthma action plan, and medication forms will be available on this site, but you must download and hand in hard copies to the Athletic Office. (copies are also available in Athletic Office)
- To avoid any issues, please make sure that you register your child using the exact same information that is reflected on your child’s power school account.
- IMPORTANT: You are only registered once the entire process is complete
- You must register your child for each athletic season (Fall, Winter, Spring)
- If you are using the site for the first time, you must click “CREATE an ACCOUNT”. Fill out and submit the online registration form. Please remember to write down and remember your username and password that you create, as you will need this again for each individual season.
- Once you have an account, you can access your account by clicking RETURNING USERS, using your username and password. Once logged in, you may click on the register dropdown box and register and existing student or add a new student into your account. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT IF YOU DO NOT REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD. See the athletic department.
- If you do not have access to a computer, you can make an appointment with the Athletic office and complete registration there. You can also register on a smart phone or tablet.
